Sean’s Kitchen opens to rave reviews
Sean Connolly’s new $6million restaurant at Star City Casino in Sydney – Sean’s Kitchen - has opened to great reviews.

Whilst Myffy Rigby of Time Out Sydney (Issue 44: September 10-16, 2008) suggests: “Casino dining just hit the jackpot with chef Sean Connolly's latest offering.”
Yorkshire born chef Sean has been collecting awards over recent years and this latest restaurant is already becoming Sydney’s latest must visit Restaurant.
As Myffy Rigby says: “ …there's something addictive about the atmosphere that is totally unlike any other Sydney dining experience you're likely to have.”
We attribute much of the positive atmosphere to Sean’s choice of Electrolux Equipment and Halton exhaust hoods. The venue employs Electrolux Therma equipment in front of house along with Electrolux Air O Steam combis. Back of house there is more Therma including a Kettle and Bratt Pan as well as Elco 900 modular equipment. Whilst all washing up is done on the Electrolux flight dishwasher.
