IVY changes new kitchens to Electrolux
Sydney's huge new multi-restaurant venue, Ivy, has changed the specification of modular cooking equipment to all Electrolux for its new kitchens.

In the kitchens done to date, some have Electrolux modular and some have American equipment; this is as per the consultant’s original specifications.
However, Merivale group, the venue owners, have decided to change equipment in the new kitchens away from the specified American product and have ordered Elco modular. This includes changing the American fryers to the super efficient High Performance Elco models.
