Equipment installed includes Electrolux Elco 900 Series modular equipment, Electrolux Air-O-Steam and Air-O-Chill cooking equipment and Electrolux Warewashing equipment. Other Stoddart products installed included Culinaire Bain Maries and Banquet Carts, Simply Stainless benches and Metro Shelving.
