Rockpool Gets its Halton Ceiling
Neil Perry's new Sydney Restaurant, Rockpool Bar and Grill, have had their Halton Ventilated Ceiling installed.
The full stainless ceiling acts as an integrated mechanical system for exhausting cooking effluent.
It is ideal in show kitchens because it allows unobstructured views of the chefs in action.
