What thickness are the tops of your European Equipment ?
All Electrolux 900 series modular equipment have their tops manufactured from 2.0mm thick stainless steel, the 700 series modular equipment have their tops manufactured from 1.5mm thick stainless steel, commonly known in the industry as 14 gauge and 16 gauge respectively.
Another supplier is claiming their tops are made from 1.8mm thick stainless steel or 18 gauge as they like to tell people. Trouble with this is 18 gauge is only 1.2mm thick and 1.8mm thick stainless steel is not manufactured anywhere in the world, their sales brouchures only claim "a single thick sheet of AISI 304 18/10 steel", no mention of thickness.
