Project Completion: 2019

The perforated Green Wall screens located on the pool level at The Westin Brisbane, is a result of Stoddart’s Architectural project team. Stoddart worked closely with client Watpac, design architect Woods Bagot & Form Landscape Architecture, to create a unique wall cladding system incorporating a bespoke perforated pattern. Originally specified as a laser cut pattern, Stoddart used their initiative and had custom punches manufactured so that the panels could be produced in our turret punch machines.

Stoddart supplied & installed both the substructure and the panels. The finished project has gained positive feedback, from both the hotel and through marketing campaigns run early this year. This pattern has now become a standard in the Stoddart PerfArt® pattern library.

This project is a fantastic example of how Stoddart will go the extra mile to help our clients and designers produce products that our competitors shy away from.
