Stoddart Announces Peter Kuruvita as Brand Ambassador

Internationally renowned chef, restaurateur, television presenter and author, Peter Kuruvita has united with Australia’s leading Food Service Equipment supplier, Stoddart as their new brand ambassador for Australia and New Zealand.

Peter Kuruvita began his love affair with food and passion for cooking in the traditional kitchen of his ancestral home in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Spanning 4 decades as an award-winning chef and restaurateur, Peter has expanded his career to encompass the roles of TV presenter, author, industry speaker, tour guide and food & beverage consultant.

Peter Kuruvita will support and represent a range of brands from Stoddart, including Giorik, Adande, Woodson and Simply Stainless.

‘ALBA by Kuruvita’ is Peter’s latest undertaking and is a hub of food and beverage offerings, with Sunshine Coast produce and the local community at its heart. Combining a cafe, providore, pizzeria, and relaxed all-day bar offering that evolves into a stylish restaurant and cocktail bar as the day progresses. The venue also hosts ‘ALBA Chef’s Kitchen’, a creative space for cooking classes, private chefs’ tables, and kitchen studio.
