The large range of modular commercial kitchen equipment includes various sized oven and combination oven ranges – including the patented Innovection™ technology – boiling tops, cooking griddles, commercial char grills, combination griddle and salamander units and commercial fryers. The 828mm depth integrates seamlessly into many standard kitchen line ups, as well as a uniform look when all products sit together.
