Our Turret Punch Machinery

Our advanced turret punching machinery can automatically load, pick and sort sheet metal in all material types, handling sheets up to 1500mm wide and 4000mm long. During the cutting design phase, each machine can also be programmed to run multiple jobs at once, helping reduce material waste, labour costs and production time.

Parts and components can be punched from mild steel up to 3mm, stainless steel up to 3mm and aluminium up to 6mm.

Skilled Workforce

Our skilled machine operators coordinate punching tools in a range of designs and shapes to create virtually any profile, repeatedly and with a high level of accuracy.

Steel lengths are cut using band-saws and cold-saws. Steel lengths requiring holes are hydraulically punched or drilled. Larger thicknesses of metal and stone can be cut with an in-house water jet cutter.
