Fry Tops-Griddles


A griddle is an essential piece of commercial cooking equipment – providing a flat cooking surface to cook a range of food items. They may also be referred to as a fry top, flat top grill, or mirror grill.

Griddles are available in electric and gas models, utilising either heated elements or burners under the griddle plate. Commercial griddles come in a variety of sizes to suit different commercial kitchen configurations.

The Giorik griddles are available in electric models with a 12mm griddle plate, or in gas with a 15mm griddle plate. A variety of models are available to suit 700 and 900 Series modular equipment line-ups, in both countertop and freestanding models.
