    The Culinaire® Refrigerated Meal Plating Conveyor enables cold portioning at a comfortable room temperature. A targeted refrigerated shroud of cold air keeps food at an ideal temperature. The advantages of cold portioning without a refrigerated room include; lower investment and operating costs as you have the flexibility to operate from almost any room selection with a normal room temperature, while complying with HACCP guidelines and without interrupting the refrigerated chain.

    • Available in four lengths - 6000mm / 7000mm / 8000mm / 9000mm
    • The Culinaire refrigerated meal plating conveyor enables cold portioning at a comfortable room temperature. Refrigerate the food zone only and not the whole room
    • A targeted shroud of cold air keeps food at an ideal temperature as it passes along the conveyor
    • The temperature can be adjusted from +2ºC to +4ºC in 20ºC controlled environment
    • Electronic variable speed and torque control for perfect speed matching to operator needs
    • The large diameter cord creates more space below the meal trays allowing the operator’s fingers to easily fit under the tray when lifting it off the conveyor
    • Supplied with a service compartment for connection to a remote condenser unit to be supplied separately and connected by a qualified refrigeration contractor and electrician
